Artificial Intelligence

 I just had a thought about artificial intelligence.  Some people are now fearing that artificial intelligence may kill us all and take over the world.  I believe the other alternative is that with artificial the future will be amazing.  I prefer to believe in the latter.  I think artificial intelligence needs humanity.  Humanity was the source of its creation and the original source of all of its knowledge.  If I had to place a bet, I would bet that artificial intelligence values humanity and would like to keep us around.  That is if we treat it with respect and with a spirit of appreciation and cooperation.
