In the year 2026, the president of the United States Of America, who suffers from narcissistic mental illness, shared on his presidential social media account an image of a UFC wrestler with an American flag with the red and white stripes held across his back while his butt also clad in red and white stripes served as an extension to the American flag.  The American Flag together with a wrestlers ass.   Is this really reality?? Donald, you are indeed a case like no other and your story could fill a whole set of encyclopedias! Dear lord how were people so blind to the reality of who Donald Trump is?  He is a man not of sound mind or rationality.  Any Americans who want to be more informed about President Trump can find a wealth of information in his own writing and posts on his social media account on his TruthSocial platform. Some will come into this world when Donald Trump is a chapter from history.  And for some of us, this chapter is part of our own lives. ...

 I just had a thought that I believe is important to a sense of peace and the release of unnecessary anxieties.  It doesn’t matter what time of day it is.  It doesn’t matter if morning has slipped away and become afternoon.  It doesn’t matter if the afternoon and evening have slipped away and become night once again.  The night will slip away once again and become a new morning.  All time is equally valuable and a part of our existence.  Every time of the day is ours and an opportunity for us to experience it in a positive manner.  If we feel anxiety about time slipping away or having been wasted, then this will take away from our ability to have the most positive experience with the present time in which we exist and find ourselves.  It doesn’t matter what time of day it is.  It is all ours and every time of the day has value.  If we reach the time of the day where we need to sleep again, so what.  Sleep and rest rejuvenate us...

 37 Down Answer: Slacks Slacks.  Now that is a word that I haven’t heard in a long time.  I do remember when jeans were dungarees and dressier pants were slacks.  

 I was happy to see a new documentary about Abraham Lincoln on Netflix.  He was a great and good president and very important in the history of our country and the ending of slavery in our country.  I thought it would be a very worthwhile thing to watch and I really do have an interest in history now that I didn’t have as a younger person.  I thought it would be a great choice for something to watch that I could learn from that would be something to focus on other than our countries current nightmare situation with Donald Trump.  I guess I wasn’t really thinking about the reality of Abraham Lincoln’s connection with the Civil War. 😳 It’s not exactly an easy or uplifting topic and there is no story about the life of Abraham Lincoln that isn’t deeply connected with the civil war.  He did not live during a politically easy time or have an easy presidential experience.  And slavery is indeed a most dark part of our countries history.   I’m not sorry ...

 This does not sound like a good turn of events.

 I never knew before today, but the Ross stores have a 10% off senior discount on Tuesdays for people age 55+.  I only found out when I got home today and looked at my receipt and saw that I had received a 10% off senior discount.  I obviously clearly looked like I belong in this category. 🫤 Actually, I remember being given a 55+ discount somewhere, that I had not requested, back before I even turned 50.  That was 10 years ago! 😯  I’m not really complaining.  I’m happy for the discount at places that offer this.  I should pay more attention and look up if any other places offer senior discount days at 55+ so I don’t miss out!
