My Advice To The American People

 Please decline to go to any function in which you will be receiving an honor or recognition from Mr. Trump.  This does not in any way mean that I think that you don’t deserve the recognition or honor, but just that I believe it is coming from the wrong president.  Mr. Trump is not sincere in his intention toward the recipients when he does these things.  He doesn’t really care about or appreciate or empathize with the stories of the recipients.  He is just happy with and likes the recipients when they are serving his own purpose of making himself look good.  He also does this as a distraction, so people focus on something good instead of all the other troubling things that they could and should be focusing on.  Normally, it is a very good philosophy to focus on good things but in this situation with Mr. Trump the very survival of our country depends on not forgetting all that is going on that is wrong.  Don’t lose sight of the enormous and important concerns, such as that he is destroying every good alliance that our country has and had with other good nations in the world.  Don’t help him to get people to focus on a better side of him and his presidency that doesn’t really exist so that they forget all the detriment and havoc and harm that he and his presidency are wrecking.
