It Boggles The Mind & True Leadership

 Trump shared this today.  He still mocks and berates President Biden and calls him Sleepy Joe as if he himself has never been sleepy and fallen asleep during meetings and press events. 😲 He is the king now of just falling asleep during his presidential duties.  It just boggles the mind.  What goes through or doesn’t go through that man’s head???  

I heard something today that I thought was a most amazing and enlightened (a.k.a. woke) thought and idea.  What I heard was that leaders should leave footprints for people to follow and not scars to be healed.  This person also expressed the importance of kindness.  If only our current president and politicians were as amazing and enlightened as all of the amazing citizens and people of the United States of America!  I believe that good leaders should indeed lead by example and never by malignant criticism and condemnation of others.

Did this man, Art Laffer, give a speech anywhere yesterday?  I couldn’t find anything online and neither could a couple of AI sources that I read.  Did Mr. Trump just imagine this?  It wouldn’t surprise me at all if this was the case.  Update 12/15/25 As of this time (and I have been looking), I have seen no mention of this Truth Social post of Mr. Trump’s on any of the independent news channels that I like to check for news.   I guess there is always just so much going on with Donald Trump and his regime that no one can pay attention to or keep up with everything.

Hidden Figures

 I’m still watching the movie “Hidden Figures” but it’s an amazing movie.  I take back what I said about rocket scientists.  I only wish that I had that kind of mind and in particular like the minds of the hidden figures.  If I say that I don’t need to be a rocket scientist it is because I couldn’t be a rocket scientist.  People just have to accept their limits and not have a bad attitude about it.  I didn’t really have a bad attitude, but I know that legions of women have dealt with this for just trying to reach their potential.  Also, it crazy to think that things were still so bad for African Americans as late as the 1960s.  I know that things are still far from perfect, but thank goodness for progress!

 How do actors understand and relate so well with the characters they are playing?  Acting ability is definitely a gift and an art even if some people are perhaps resentful or envious of the large amounts of money that actors can potentially earn for their talent.   Human beings very much value and appreciate entertainment, so people who are blessed with a skill for entertainment get to reap its benefits.
