A Terrible Chapter

Note:  I have realized that the image above appears to be an AI image and not an actual mural on a building in France because of the way the hands look in addition to there being an odd line through and above the right hand.  I am leaving what I wrote though because it is all still true except for the part about this image existing as a mural on a building in France.🇫🇷

Wow.  This is how others are now viewing the United States of America.  Am I proud to me an American?  No, not at the present time.  Actually, that’s not fair.  I do love my country but I absolutely don’t love or approve of what is going on at this time under our current president and his administration and his subservient Republican politicians.  In addition to the outrageous and inhumane deportations taking place within our own country, our country is supporting and helping to fund a genocide.  How low can our country possibly sink in the 21st century?  It is a really sad and unfortunate chapter in our countries history.

Other countries are also not without any blame or guilt.  While they may not be guilty of financially supporting war crimes and a genocide, they are guilty of doing nothing to rectify and help correct the situation.  To the citizens of Gaza, they are being failed by the whole world except for those brave people such as medical personnel and the press who risk their lives being there and trying in someway to help.  This unfortunately is not enough.  They need the rest of the world to step in when the United States of America is failing so badly to be the great country and world leader that it is supposed be.

It is the United States of America who at present is in need of a regime change.
