Just A Thought

  Who is afraid of Donald Trump?  This is the question that I have just found myself wondering about.  Is the rest of the world and are the leaders of other nations as afraid of Donald Trump and his power as American politicians?  Maybe they are or maybe they aren’t.  I think the answer to this question will have a very large bearing on whether or not America continues to be respected (if you can call it that) and not turned against and left to suffer the consequences of the failure of our free democracy and the failure of our alliances with other nations of the world.  I am no expert in these kind of matters, but this is just what I am feeling.  Will America as a strong nation and world leader (if you can call it that) survive at this time due to fear from the world of the power of Donald Trump?  I think this is sadly the place where we are at right now.  We need to pray for the return of the real America as it should be and this can’t happe...

  https://youtu.be/Mx7fcLSR_Ak?feature=shared No, not me.  I don’t ever forget or put it out of my mind.  I think about the people of Gaza and what is happening there every day and I have to check for news.  I wasn’t like this in the past about world events, but I am now and this one is just particularly beyond inhumane.  They have given the civilians of Gaza no safe place at all and no means to meet their basic needs.  They have not even been granted any safety or means of survival in refugee camps.  They are in fact, intentionally going after them and committing genocide.  Ignoring it would be like ignoring what was going on in Nazi Germany.  

 Freedom of the press.  So many of the best things about America are failing to continue to exist at this time.  This past weekend there were “Hands Off” rallies of protest in every state across the nation and this amazing day of the American people seeking to have their voices heard has been given very little attention and reporting by the mainstream media as though it was just another news story and nothing of much importance or worth any special attention or coverage.  It should have been treated as the enormously important story that it actually was.  How incredibly sad and disappointing. 😔
